INGREDIENTS:
CHEESECAKE FILLING:
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ⅓ cup sugar powder

SUGAR POWDER:
- Use the sugar to add sweetness to these balls. Make the powder so it blends smoothly in the filling. Utilize the honey or maple syrup instead for this purpose.
GRAHAM CRACKERS:
- We use the graham crackers to bind the cheesecake ball mixture. Use the digestive biscuits instead if required.
EGGS:
- They help in sticking the coating to the cheesecake balls. Use the milk or yogurt instead for this purpose to make it safe for an egg-free diet.
BREADCRUMBS:
- It helps to form the crispy outer layer. Use the panko crumbs, crushed cornflakes, or almond flour instead to prepare the coating.
INSTRUCTION:
- Include the cream cheese in the vessel & beat so it gets smooth.
- Then add the peanut butter and stir properly so it gets mixed.
- Include the powdered sugar in it and mix till combined.
- Crush the crackers and add them to the mixture, and mix well so the filling gets thick.
- Chill the mixture to form the firm balls.
- Take it out, separate a walnut-sized portion, and roll it to form the balls.
- Then whisk the eggs in the bowl and soak the balls in the eggs.
- Now we add them in breadcrumbs & toss so they get coated.
- Warm the air-fryer for three minutes at 180°C.
- Put the parchment paper in the basket.
- Place each ball in the basket at a distance.
- Spray the oil lightly on the balls.
- Air-fry these balls for 7-9 minutes till crisp.
- Cool the balls for five minutes & serve the balls.
TIPS:
- Chill the balls before rolling to prevent the hands from getting sticky.
- Use the soft cream cheese to prevent the lump formations.
- Spray the oil lightly so they get a nice golden color.
- Coat the crumbs two times so they get crispier.
