INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

INGREDIENT NOTES:

SALMON:

  • Use the salmon fillet to prepare this dish. Fresh salmon provides the best taste. Though you can also use the frozen fillet if required. Use the fillets with skin to preserve the taste and moisture.

OLIVE OIL:

  • We have to slightly utilize the oil to make the crispy fish. It also prevents the salmon from getting stuck to the basket. Use the avocado oil instead if required.

SALT AND BLACK PEPPER:

  • We utilize black pepper & salt to add to the salmon. Salt will boost the taste of this salmon, while the black peppers will add a light spice to the dish.

GARLIC POWDER:

  • Use the garlic powder to provide the savory flavor in the dish. You can also use the garlic instead, but it will burn quickly.

PAPRIKA POWDER:

  • Using paprika powder makes the salmon more flavorful. We can also make use of the smoked paprika to provide the smoky taste.

LEMON JUICE:

  • It will tenderize the salmon and also add a tangy taste. Use the fresh lemon juice for a strong taste, as the bottled juice doesn’t provide the same flavor.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. We heat the air-fryer at 200° C for three minutes.
  2. Then dry the fillet by utilizing the paper towel.
  3. Take a small vessel and stir the garlic powder, black pepper, salt, olive oil, and paprika powder.
  4. We apply the mixture on the sides of the salmon fillets.
  5. Put the salmon from the skin side in the basket.
  6. Now air-fry the salmon for eight to ten minutes till it gets flaky.
  7. Drizzle the lemon juice on the salmon and serve.
