INSTRUCTION:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Apply the parchment paper on the baking sheet or we can also use the silicon mat.
- Add the garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and almond flour in a shallow bowl.
- Mix all the components with the whisk.
- Apply the olive oil on the chicken thigh and coat the thigh in the mixture and press the mixture so that it can properly cover.
- We can pour the olive oil in the skillet and warm up the oil on moderate to high heat.
- Sear the chicken thigh for 2 to 3 minutes from each side till they get golden brown.
- Put the seared chicken thighs on the baking sheet and bake them for 20 to 25 minutes or its internal temperature reaches to 165 degrees F.
- Meanwhile, the chicken is baking we make the sauce.
- Put the small saucepan on medium heat.
- Add the sesame oil, xanthan gum, Erythritol, red pepper flakes, tamari, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, garlic, and ginger.

- Cook it for 2 – 3 minutes and we can add the water to adjust the consistency.
- When the chicken is done allow the chicken to rest for few minutes.

TIPS:
- If we want lean meat so we can use chicken breast instead of chicken thighs; but the chicken thigh is juicier then chicken breast.
