INGREDIENTS:

FOR THE FILLING:

  • 1 cup soft cream cheese
  • ¼ cup Erythritol
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Keto-friendly cherry pie filling

  • 1 tablespoon water

INSTRUCTION:

  1. Take a large mixing bowl and add Erythritol, cream cheese, & vanilla essence and beat them with the beater till they get creamy & smooth.
  2. Add the cherry pie filling to the bowl fold the filling softly and incorporate it with the other components without breaking the cherries.
  3. Put the egg roll wrapper on the flat surface in a way that the corner faces us.
  4. Take a spoon and add two tablespoons of cheesecake mixture in the center and place the bottom on the filing then fold the side roll the egg roll wrapper tightly and seal the corners with the water.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F and apply the oil with the cooking spray on the basket and the all sides of the egg roll.
  6. Put the rolls with some distance in the basket in one layer cook them for six to eight minutes and turn the sides of the rolls in between.
  7. Take a shallow bowl and add the cinnamon and Erythritol and mix them with the whisk.
  8. When the rolls get air-fried then roll them in the cinnamon mixture and put them on the serving plate and serve.
