  • I add the almond butter in this shake to include the healthy fats; you can also add any other kind of nut butter as well it works in the same way.

  • I use almond milk to make this cinnamon roll protein shake recipe, but you can also utilize hemp milk or coconut milk as well.

MAPLE SYRUP:

  • I use keto-friendly maple syrup to make this shake, but you can also use keto-friendly honey or any other sweetener as well.
