  • Two tablespoons of peanut butter, creamy.

  • One tbsp of Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of either rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar.
  • One chopped green onion, medium.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Take a measuring jug
  2. Add Vinegar, Soy Sauce, garlic, red pepper flakes, sesame oil, peanut butter, and ginger.
  3. Mix all of them to make the smooth sauce.
  4. Transfer a pot to a medium-high heat setting.
  5. Add the Avocado oil and heat it.
  6. Now add the drained and well-rinsed noodles and stir-fry for a little while.
  7. When noodles are fried then Pour sauce over them and mix to coat them fully.
  8. Put the Noodles down from the stove and move them over to a platter for serving.
  9. Sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds as garnishing.

TIPS:

An awful smell always comes from these shirataki noodles. Some people don’t use them because of the smell but in fact, they are a healthy and nutritious substitute for All-purpose flour spaghetti for the keto diet.
To get rid of that smell, Drain the water of the noodles, rinse a couple of times with fresh water, and then cook. You will enjoy it.
