  • You will require large eggs. If you boil them soft, they will give you a creamy center; otherwise, boil them hard if you don’t want the creamy center.

  • Garlic powder, thyme, onion powder, and smoked paprika are the seasonings that make the dish flavorful without increasing the carb count. Regulate the amount as per taste.

SAUSAGE

  • As the diet is keto, we need high-fat pork sausage in ground form. To add low-fat content, go for chicken or turkey ground meat.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all the eggs in pot and include the water.
  2. Light the medium flame and place the saucepan over it.
  3. When water starts to boil, leave the eggs to cook for 6 minutes for a soft boil.
  4. Immediately transfer them to chilled water to stop the boiling process.
  5. Then, peel the eggs and keep the in the corner.
  6. Mix salt, garlic & onion powder, pepper, ground sausage, thyme, and smoked paprika in a vessel.
  7. Divide this sausage mixture into four equal portions.
  8. Give each portion the shape of a patty.
  9. Now, place a peeled egg in the center.
