INGREDIENTS:
- 28 grams of divided blackberries, Fresh or frozen
- Thick Whipping Cream 75 ml or 2.5 cups.
- A single cup of water.
- The sugar substitute is 3/4 cup, Granulated.
- One-fourth cup of lemon juice.

- If you don’t want to use an ice cream maker then freeze the above-prepared ice cream mixture in a Metal pan or two depending on the quantity you have.
- After One hour, take it out, and Using a spoon, mix it up once more.
- Put it back into the freezer.
- Repeat the same process two or three times again with an hour interval.
- It’s time to indulge in your no-churn ice cream.

If you want to keep your ice cream soft even after frozen for the whole night you can use a small amount of Vodka or MCT oil.
STORAGE:
The ice cream cannot be preserved in the fridge.

- White sugar is 300 times less sugary than stevia. It comes in both liquid and strong powder forms.
- Monk fruit is generally found in China and Thailand and is 300 times more sweet than table sugar.

- Erythritol is 70% sweet just like regular table sugar.
