  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 350 ml whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon Almond meal
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 300ml tablespoon Cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 100 -115 g pecans
  • 1-2 tablespoons Warm water
  • Coffee beans (serving) 90ml Espresso coffee
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered stevia

Coffee beans: You can use any type of coffee beans or any brand you like the most.
Warm Water: Warm water is used when the consistency is thought, by adding a small amount of water we can make our desired consistency.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat or warm up the oven to 350-375- F temperature.
  2. Take the round pan and put the butter paper into it.
  3. For the making of the cake base, we have to blend the following ingredients.
  4. Firstly! Add the pecans into the blender and blend it unless it becomes smooth.
  5. Additionally, add the other ingredients like cocoa, almonds, and stevia and mix all of them in a blender.
  6. Add the butter and egg to the mixture.
  7. Whisk or beat the mixture unless it becomes smooth and creamy in texture.
  8. Now transfer the mixture into the pan and set the mixture into it.
  9. Open the warm-up oven and add the pan into it, then let bake for 10-15 minutes.
  10. Turn off the oven when the colour of the cake becomes brown.

  12. Take the bowl and add the creamy ingredients like the cream, coffee, vanilla extract, and stevia, and beat all of them into the beater and then add some warm water to make a good consistency.
  13. You can also add some milk in the alternative of the water.

  15. Top all the cream and coffee mixture into the baked cakes and then keep it in to the fridge to set.
  16. You have to keep it on the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
