Instructions:

  1. Set the microwave temperature to 400.
  2. In a shallow basin, whisk or sift all the dry ingredients together.
  3. For a thinner texture, it is preferable to screen the components.
  4. To the dry components, add the sour butter, the eggs, and the melted butter.
  5. Stir till thoroughly blended.
  6. To make handling the dough less difficult and to keep it from sticking to the palms of your hands, wet your hands’ wit water or oil.

  14. You can also microwave or cook your sausage over boiling water.
  15. Top the hot dog buns with the hot dogs and additional condiments.
