Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • FOUR tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. I preheated oven to 400°F.
  2. Then I seasoned chicken breasts with salt and pepper and then baked in preheated oven for TWENTY FIVE-THIRTY minutes, or until they were cooked through.
  3. And while the chicken is cooking, you need to steam the broccoli until it becomes tender.
  4. I melted the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Then I added minced garlic and cooked for ONE-TWO minutes, until they became fragrant.
  6. I added Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, and chicken broth to the skillet and stirred until the sauce is smooth and the cheese is melted.
  7. Then I added the steamed broccoli to the skillet and tossed to coat with the sauce.
  8. You may serve with the sauce on top.
