  • 1 packet of taco seasoning 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers ½ cup red onion
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Mexican blend cheese
  • Fresh cilantro leaves

AVOCADO LIME CRÈME:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 piece garlic
  • One lime juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • ½ cup sour cream

INGREDIENTS NOTES:

KETO WRAPPER:

  • We have to use the keto-friendly wrapper made with the almond or coconut flour along with the mozzarella and they are less in carbs as compared to the traditional wrappers.

GROUND CHICKEN:

  • We use ground chicken to make the wontons as it cooks quickly and takes taco flavor well; you would also utilize ground beef or turkey to make these taco wontons.

TACO SEASONING:

  • We have to use the store-brought keto-friendly taco seasoning and we can also use the homemade which includes cumin, garlic seasoning, oregano, paprika, onion seasoning, chili powder, & oregano.
