INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a heatproof bowl, melt the mozzarella cheese in the microwave.
- Meanwhile, mix all the dry ingredients like baking powder, sweetener, xantham gum, and coconut flour.
- Add the dry ingredients and mix in the melted Mozzarella cheese, then add the egg and fold with a spatula. Knead the mixture till it gets the dough consistency.
