INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place the skillet on the stovetop and on the flame.
  2. Include olive oil in a skillet and warm it gently.
  3. Garnish the shrimp with pepper & salt.
  4. Cook all the sides for three minutes till they become opaque and pink.
  5. Bring the cooked shrimp out of the skillet and cool them lightly.
  6. Include a tbsp. of water in the eggs and then stir them properly.
  7. Slightly coat the skillet with oil & make a thin layer from the egg mixture to create crepe-like wraps.
  8. Cook all the sides for two minutes.
  9. Make four more wraps with a similar method and then cool them properly.

  11. Adjust the thick consistency with extra water if required.
  12. Put the egg wrap on a plate.
