INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups flour (almond)
- ¼ cup flour (coconut)
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tbsp. dried parsley
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 ¼ cup grated cheddar cheese
- One egg (large)
- One egg white (large)
- ¼ cup whipping cream
- Four ounces ham (diced)
INGREDIENT NOTES:
ALMOND FLOUR:
- Take finely grounded almond flour for the scones of ham and cheese scones for great texture.
COCONUT FLOUR:
- I use coconut flour in the scones of ham and cheese to have the perfect texture.
CHEDDAR CHEESE:

INSTRUCTION:
WHISK THE DRY INGREDIENTS:
- Take a large bowl.
- Add 2 cups almond flour, ¼ cup coconut flour, 1 tbsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. parsley, ½ tsp. garlic powder, and ½ tsp. salt.
- Mix them with the whisk.
- Add 1 cup of grated cheese and mix it with the dry ingredients.
ADD THE WET INGREDIENTS:
- In the same bowl and add 1 large egg and 1 large egg white, and ¼ cup whipping cream.
- Mix it and form a dough.
- Include the ham and spread evenly in the dough.
PAT OUT THE DOUGH:
