  • Onion 1 (medium & diced)
  • Garlic 3 (cloves)
  • Ginger 1 tbs (fresh)
  • Bell peppers half cup (diced)
  • Italian seasoning 1 tbs ( optional)
  • Chili flakes quarter tbs (optional)
  • Sea Salt 1 tbs
  • Black pepper half tbs
  • Boneless & skinless chicken, 453 grams (brests)
  • Chicken broth, 6 cups
  • Broccoli 1 cup ( florets cutting)
  • Cauliflower 1 cup (florets cutting)
  • Lemon juice, 2 tbs

INGREDIENTS NOTES:

I use chicken broth, but veggie broth is also an option to make the soup.
I like to combine cauliflower and broccoli with chicken; you can go for the other veggies as per your need or desire.
Usually, soups are less spicy, but you can add chili and salt to meet your taste.

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

  1. Include oil in the Dutch oven and press the stove button to make the flame medium or high.
  2. Now add onion, garlic, and ginger; the color of the onion should change, and sauté garlic and ginger.
  3. The fragrant will start coming within 3/4 minutes.
  4. The next ingredients are bell pepper, chili flakes, salt, &Italian seasoning; all take 3 minutes to cook.
  5. Chicken breasts and broth will take 20 minutes to simmer.
  6. Take off the chicken from the pot and shred it with the help of 2 folks. Add the chicken back to the pot.
  7. After that, include the cauliflower and broccoli in it, and cook for ten minutes or until the vegetables turn tender.
  8. The soup is ready, so remove it from the heat and add lemon to it.
