Equipment:

  • Take a large non-stick pot or stainless pot.
  • A large skimmer to mix all ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3-4 cup cauliflower (chopped)
  • 1 large onion (sliced it)
  • 2 Tomato (cut into pieces) 2 tablespoon Pepper
  • Salt (as per required)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1-2 cilantro leaves
  • ½ lemon (optional)

Ingredients Notes:

  1. Make sure you light brown the onions…if they are dark brown or black then the color of the rice is not good…so be careful.
  2. Follow all the instructions to make your recipe delicious.
  3. Cook the cauliflower at low flame.

Instructions:

  1. Firstly, on the flame to the medium to low, add olive oil or ghee.
  2. Then add the slices of onion and cook it for 5-6 min. when it becomes brown then slow the flame to low.
  3. After that add the minced garlic cloves and cook it for 1-1.5 min when it becomes light brown then add some cumin into it.
  4. Similarly, add the tomatoes to the onion and the garlic mixture and cook them on medium to low flame.
  5. When it becomes dry add some spices as your requirement like you have to add some salt, jalapeño pepper, and any other you want.
  6. After adding all the spices add the little amount of water mix it all and cook it for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Moreover, Add the cauliflower and cook it for 5-6 minutes. Then cover the pot for 2-3 minutes in a low flame.
  8. Remove the cover and mix it well.
  9. Lastly, Take the cauliflower out of the pot and serve it to enjoy.
