- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

PARMESAN CHEESE:

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Switch the oven on & heat it empty at 400 degrees F.
- Grab a sheet(parchment )& cover the baking sheet for easy separation.
- Separate a tablespoon of shredded mozarella on the covered baking sheet.
- Fill the base of the baking sheet with mounds of mozarella cheese.
- Make sure these mounds of shredded mozarella are two inches apart.
- Now it’s time to sprinkle the flavour.
- First, dust these mounds with the powder of garlic/onion.
- Now, sprinkle the herbs as per your choice.
- Shift the sheet of baking sheet into the oven (pre-heated).
