Ingredients:

  • Boneless Chicken (Shredded) 4 cups
  • Feta Cheese 1 cup
  • Cucumber 1 ( cut into a square or diced shape)
  • Lemon Juice 3 Tbsp
  • Plain Whole Milk Greek Yogurt 2 Cups
  • Sea Salt ( according to the taste or 2 tsp)
  • Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Chopped garlic 3/4 tbsp
  • Fresh dill 2 Tbsp
  • Olive oil 1/4 cup

Instructions:

  1. To make this delicious salad, firstly we will prepare Tzatziki Sauce.
  2. For this sauce, we will use Greek yogurt, cucumber ( cut into chunks or diced shapes), chopped garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  3. Second step, we will put all sauce ingredients into a bowl.
  4. After that, we will add sea salt and black pepper according to our taste and refrigerate it.
  5. Next step, we will put olive oil in a pan and add chicken breast pieces and cooked chicken on medium-high flame.
  6. Cook chicken for 5 minutes.
  7. Once the chicken is fully cooked, we will take another bowl and add the chicken shredded pieces into the bowl.
  8. Add Tzatziki sauce, veggies, and a few drops of olive oil.
  9. Finish this salad by topping the feta cheese and cucumber for a more appealing salad.

Notes

For the preparation of sauce we will use full-fat Greek yogurt for a thicker texture otherwise low-fat yogurt will float on the salad and will destroy the salad.
