INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Set the oven temperature to 375°F, or 190°C.
  2. Grease a muffin pan lightly.
  3. Brown the ground beef in a pan heated with olive oil.

  5. Cook for a minute on a low to medium flame while stirring.
  6. Cut the zucchini into thin, muffin-cup-wide circles.

  8. Top with a tbsp of beef sauce.

  10. Add extra beef sauce and another piece of zucchini to the layers.
