- Cilantro 1/4 Cup
- Diced Jalapenos 1tsp
Instructions
Preparation of Meatballs
- First, warm the oven to 400 degrees.
- Add a half teaspoon of olive oil to the baking tray. Spread it by using a cooking brush.
- Next, drizzle the olive oil into a saucepan. Add chopped onions to this pan.
- Cook it for 4-6 minutes until light brown and tender.
- Set aside the onion mixture.
- Add this onion mixture with egg, grated parmesan cheese, crushed garlic, breadcrumbs, salt, parsley, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Mix well all ingredients.
- After that, add ground beef to this mixture bow.

- Divide the beef mixture into equal halves.
- Make 10-12 round balls of this beef mixture using a shape maker or hand.
