Instructions

Stovetop

  1. Heat the pan over a medium flame. Add olive oil. Heat it for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add chopped onion to this oil. Sautee it for 4-5 minutes until its color changes.
  3. Now, add fat-free ground beef to this pan. Mix it by using a spatula.
  4. Add the chopped garlic, onion powder, Dijon Mustard, and chili powder to this pan.
  5. Mix all spices and simmer it with beef for 5-10 minutes until the beef color turns light brown.
  6. Next, add tomato paste, ketchup, and chili sauce in a small mixing bowl.
  7. Mix all ingredients and set aside this bowl.
  8. Add Worcestershire Sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard to another bowl.
  9. Mix the tomato sauce mixture and Worcestershire Sauce mixture.
  10. Add this sauce to the pan, and cook it for 10-15 minutes until the beef and other ingredients are fully cooked.
