Instructions

  2. Mix all items and simmer on medium heat until the meat is tender.
  3. After that, season it with crushed black pepper, and salt.
  4. Combine all ingredients with a spoon.
  5. Now, remove the pan from the burner. Set aside for 4/7 minutes until the mixture is cool.
  6. After seven minutes, add sage, egg, and bread crumbs with this mixture in a small bowl.
  7. Mix well so the meat absorbs spices.
  8. The mixture is ready. Set aside.
  9. Then, lightly dust a clean place with flour and spread the puff pastry dough.
  10. Press the dough with a rolling pin until it reaches a 10/12 rectangle size.
  11. After that, slice the dough into three (3) lengthy strips, for a total of six strips.
