- First, we will take a pot and add cooking oil. Heat the oil at medium flame.
- Now, add tomatoes, chopped garlic, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook all ingredients just for a few minutes.
- To the same pot add chicken. Cook chicken until its colour changes.
- Now add chicken broth and whole wheat pasta to the pot. Mix all ingredients.
- Cook it at high flame for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, take a blender and add parmesan cheese, Greek yogurt, and cottage cheese.
- Blend all ingredients until it gives a creamy and smooth texture.
- After blending, preserve the mixture.
- When pasta is cooked, remove the extra water, and keep it reserve.

- Blend all ingredients until it gives a creamy and smooth texture.
