The Weight Watcher Beef Stew is a flavorful recipe. Furthermore, the taste of this recipe is delicious, and it is very yummy. The combination of Midwesterner love stews with cattle and potatoes, and so this one is excellent. Moreover, the flavor of the recipe is spicy.
Ingredients:
- Garlic powder: 1 tsp.
- Celery: 1 tsp.
- Baby chunks: 1/2.
- Onion powder: 1 tsp.
- Flour: 1/4 cup.
- Beef stock: 2 cups.
- Garlic: 1 tbsp.
- Potatoes: 2 cups.
- Italian seasoning: 1 tsp.
- Olive oil: 3 tbsp.
- Worcestershire sauce: 2 tbsp.
- Beef stew: 1/2 pound.
Instructions:
- Place the steak in a tiny container, then put the oil in it.
- To lightly coat the steak, add the flour, and salt, and mix.
- Warm up the leftover olive oil in a big skillet.
- Cook for two minutes, or as long as the garlic is aromatic, after adding the onion.
- Add the minced meat and continue to brown it for two more minutes, but don’t let it cook through.
- Fill the slow cooker with the items listed above.
- Add the kitchen bouquet, tomatoes, carrots, parsnips, onion powder, soy and Worcestershire sauces, and chicken broth.
- Blend well.
- Set the slow cooker on high for forty-five minutes.
- Check to see whether the steak is tender once the timer goes off.
- Cook the frozen veggies for a further half hour on high heat.
- Pour in three teaspoons of water and three tablespoons of bread.
- Mix well until no lumps remain.
- Stir it into the stew, adding more than needed to make it seem thicker.
- To make sure the flavor of the flour is eliminating, simmer it on low for an additional thirty minutes.
- Add pepper to taste.
Notes:
To get flavor and color, brown meat in just a little of oil first, then cover the pan using some beef stock before proceeding with the recipes.
