  • One tablespoon instant pudding mix (sugar-free )
  • One teaspoon vanilla essence
  • Sweetener to taste
  • Berries, chocolate chips (sugar-free ), crushed graham crackers (optional)

NOTES ON INGREDIENTS:

Protein Powder:

  • Pick a tasty, protein powder (low-sugar) that is WW-friendly. An excellent neutral basis is vanilla.

Unsweetened Almond Milk:

  • It has no fat and no calories or WW points, but it is creamy.

Greek Yogurt:

  • Greek yogurt gives the ice cream more thickness and protein without making it frosty.

Free of sugar Pudding Mix:

  • This ingredient is used to fluff and stiffen the texture after rolling. It doesn’t require much!

Sweetener:

  • Tailor the sweetness to your preferences without adding extra calories or points.

Optional Mix-ins:

  • Add tasty toppings like fruit, syrups, or light whipped cream, or use zero-point/low-point foods.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. You may mix all of the substances in a mixing dish/blender. (like Protein powder, almond milk, & others)
  2. Whisk or blend until pureed and well incorporated.
  3. Fill the inside of the Ninja Creami large package with the mixture.
  4. Do NOT fill to the max fill line. Even out the top.
  5. Close with the lid and freeze flat for at least 24 hours.
  6. Freeze it and then take the container out of the freezer.
  7. Put it in the Ninja Creami bowl & place the paddle lid.
  8. Choose the mode Lite Ice Cream to spin.
  9. In case it is crumbly, use the Re-spin option one or two times till it becomes creamy.
  10. To make mix-ins, create a hole in the middle and put some berries, chocolate chips, or WW-approved syrups.
  11. Blend them in using the “Mix-in” function.
  12. Serve an ice-cream consistency.
  13. To achieve a more solid texture, refreeze for 1/2 hour and scoop.

TIPS:

  • Gummy Texture? Do not be concerned! That is typical. Simply spin it again once or twice, or spin it again after adding a little almond milk.
  • For a variety of flavors, try adding PB2, chocolate powder, or a dash of espresso.
  • To avoid spinning problems, stay below the Max Fill line.
  • To guarantee uniform texture, always freeze the pint on a flat surface.
  • To ensure you always have an initial flavor ready to spin, prepare a few different base flavors in advance and keep them in the freezer.

STORAGE INFORMATION:

REFRIGERATOR:

  • Not advised because melting cream rapidly loses its texture.

FREEZER:

  • Any remaining ice cream should be leveled out on top before being covered. And put it back in the freezer. Use the “Re-spin” feature and a little milk to make it creamy before eating again.
