Fresh, crisp, and creamy is WW Chicken Salad Croissants. It is a sandwich in a healthier variation of a deli sandwich. This dish features Greek yogurt and light mayo, and lean chicken breast. It is protein-rich and tasty as well. This combination of chicken and celery is very gratifying. A little sweetness is supplemented by grapes or apples. It should be served on fluffy or mini croissants to keep the points down. WW Chicken Salad Croissants makes an excellent lunch, snack/picnic. The salad takes a short time to prepare & it keeps well. Eat it cold, clean & free of guilt. Even the kiddies will adore this less weighty version of chicken salad.
