Recipe: Zero Carb Crust Pizza

Ingredients: For the Crust:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt
For Topping:
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free tomato sauce or pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Your favorite pizza toppings (e.g., pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers)


  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until the cheese is fully melted and smooth.
  3. Allow the melted cheese to cool slightly, then add the egg, dried oregano, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until you have a cohesive dough.
  4. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and use a rolling pin to roll it into a thin circle, creating your pizza crust.
