- 250 g ground beef
- ½ cup cheddar cheese
- 8 egg roll wrappers

GROUND BEEF:
- It is utilize to make the filing delicious and tasty. It is lean but still provides the juicy taste. We can use the turkey, or chicken as a substitute if required.
EGG ROLL WRAPPER:
- These egg roll wrappers are thin and flexible so they roll easily to prepare them.
CHEDDAR CHEESE:
- It will add a real taste in these wraps. We can also use the mozzarella cheese or cheese slices as a substitute
BANG BANG SAUCE:
- It will make these wraps more tasty and spicy. Add the sauce according to your taste.
VEGETABLES:
- The lettuce and onions will add the crunchy and fresh flavor. Make the fine slices so they mix properly with the filling.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Warm the pan and add the beef, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, & salt.
- Cook the beef till it gets brown and drain the excess fat content.
- Take a small vessel and add the mayonnaise, chili sauce, and Sriracha to make sauce.
- Put the wrappers on the flat surface and include the beef, cheese sauce, onions, sauce, and lettuce in the middle.
- Fold the wrappers from the sides and roll them tightly, and close the corners with water.
- Add the rolls in the basket & spray the oil lightly.
- Air-fry these rolls for 10-12 minutes at 180° C till they get crisp and golden.
- Serve them hot with sauce.

- Don’t add lots of filling to the wrapper so they don’t burst.
