INGREDIENT NOTES:
JALAPENO PEPPER:
- Use the jalapeno pepper to stuff the filing. Remove the seeds to make it less spicy or keep them if you like.
BACON:
- Use the regular cut of bacon to wrap them around the pepper. It crisps well and wraps easily. You can also use the thick cut of bacon, but it requires extra time to wrap it.
CREAM CHEESE:
- Use the soft cream cheese, so it is easier to mix in the filling. It provides a smooth texture. Cream cheese should be full-fat to provide the indulgent flavor.
CHEDDAR CHEESE:
- Add the fresh cheddar cheese as it melts smoothly in the dish. Use the sharp cheddar to provide the strong flavor. You can also use the Monterrey Jack cheese instead if required.
GROUND BEEF:
- Use the lean ground beef to prepare this dish. It should be cooked and drained if required. You can also use the chicken or turkey instead.

- Use the garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder to add the savory flavor to the dish. Add the black pepper and salt as you like.
