  • Large egg 1
  • Vanilla Extract 2tsps
  • All-purpose flour 1.5cups
  • Light Brown Sugar 4tbsps

  • Baking Soda 1tsp
  • Salt 1/2tsp
  • Vegetable oil 2tbsp
  • Powdered Sugar 4tbsps- used for icing

 

Instructions

  1. First, set the oven temperature to bake bread at 350 degrees.
  2. Place parchment paper on the loaf pan.
  3. Next, remove the banana skin and cut it into chunk sizes. Add into a bowl.
  4. Mash the bananas by using a fork until they are well smashed.
  5. Mix eggs and vanilla extract in this bowl. Whisk all ingredients.
  6. Add cinnamon, baking powder, salt, baking soda, and whole-wheat flour to another bowl.
  7. Combine all ingredients with a spoon.
  8. Next, add mashed bananas with vegetable oil to this dry mixture.
  9. Stir all ingredients with a spoon.
  10. Add this prepared mixture to the loaf pan with a spoon.
  11. Put this pan on the middle rack.
  12. Bake it for 25-35 minutes or until the bread is fluffy.
  13. After baking, cool the bread at normal room temperature for 6-7 minutes.

  15. Add icing sugar and hot water to a bowl.
