  • Salt, to taste

 

INGREDIENT NOTES:

Butter:

  • We used unsalted butter to avoid over salty taste.

Chicken breast:

  • I used chicken breast to prepare the wings. Thighs or leg chicken can be used.

Hot sauce:

  • Red hot sauce from Frank’s brand is a wonderful choice.

Cayenne pepper:

  • I used dried and ground pepper. You can use store-bought cayenne powder.

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

INSTANT POT:

  1. Set the instant pot on the saute function and mist it with the unsalted butter.
  2. After melting, add crushed black pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, and chicken to this pot.
  3. Then, wrap the pot by its lid.
  4. Simmer it on high pot pressure for nine to fourteen minutes.
  5. After fourteen minutes, unopen the pot and release its extra steam (air) content.
  6. Now, using a spatula, transfer the chicken pieces from the instant pot to a baking dish covered with aluminum paper.
  7. Next, evenly coat the chicken with the remaining hot sauce.
  8. Put the chicken in the baking dish.
  9. Roast it for four minutes on both sides. The sauce will become thicker as a result.
  10. After cooking, cool the chicken for six to nine minutes.
  11. The delicious Weight Watchers Buffalo Chicken Wings are ready.
  12. After that, place the wings on a serving plate.
  13. Enjoy it with any dipping sauce.
