INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Set your air fryer to 380°F or your oven to 400°F.

  3. Add a pinch of pepper, crushed garlic, and ground meat.
  4. As the meat cooks, while it is brownish and cooked through, split it up with an offset spatula.
  5. Clear the pan of any extra oil.
  6. Give five minutes to the mixture to cool.

  11. The bottom corner should be folded over the topping, then the sides.
  12. Tightly roll, then use water to seal the upper corner.
  13. Continue with the rest of the wrappers.
  14. To bake, place the egg scrolls on a baking tray covered with aluminum foil.
  15. Apply a thin layer of olive oil spray to the tops.
  16. Bake until golden and crispy, turning halfway through, twelve to fifteen minutes.

  18. For eight to ten minutes per side, air-fried at 380°F, rotating halfway through.
