- First, marinate the boneless chicken with salt, and black pepper. Set aside the chicken.
- Next, take a large non-stick pan. Put olive oil, and let it warm over medium heat.
- Add chopped garlic, onion, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and mushrooms to this pan.
