Recipe: Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 16 button mushrooms, stems removed
  • 4 ounces (113g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Clean the button mushrooms and remove the stems. Set aside.
