  • 4 cloves of garlic (minced)

Garlic cloves:

Instructions:

For the making of sauce:

  • Take a large skillet; sprinkle the given amount of oil in it.
  • Add minced garlic and golden it for 1 minute.
  • Then add the salt, heavy cream, mozzarella cheese, and lemon juice. It adds a creamy texture.
  • You can also add chili flakes for more spices. Cook the mixture of garlic sauce for 4 to 5 minutes on low flame.

To boil the pasta:

  • Take the non-stick pot, add the water to the pasta, and leave it to boil properly.
  • On the flame when the pasta becomes soft and smooth. The pasta in this recipe gives a good texture.
  • Transfer the sauce into the bowl to set.
  • Move it to the drainer to dry it.
  • Use the large skillet pan and add the estimated amount of oil to it.
  • Then the chicken slices or pieces and heat it on low flame.
  • Now for more taste add the other ingredients in it, like the salt, white pepper, oregano, Parmesan cheese, asparagus leaves, and chicken broth, and cook it to become creamy.
  • Now add 4 to 5 tablespoons of garlic sauce which we make in the chicken mixture.
  • Again cook the recipe for 2 minutes and off the flame.
  • Make sure the chicken becomes smooth and soft totally.
  • For the garnishing sprinkle some flat parsley, add lemon slices, and serve in the serving dish.
