LIQUID SMOKE:
It is flavorless and we use it to add the smoky BBQ flavor.

SPICES:
Powdered garlic, salt, onion powder, powder of chili, & pepper (cayenne).

SMOKED PAPRIKA:
It is also used to enhance the smoky flavor but not increase the spiciness.

TIPS:

If you would like, you may substitute a different sweetener. Use either keto honey or brown sugar substitute. It will taste great.

Always keep in mind that the sauce will thicken upon cooling. So, add water according to it.
If it thickens more then add a little more water.

When the sauce simmers it starts to splash. If you cover it then its water evaporation speed becomes slow. The solution is to use a large saucepan.
