Ingredients:

For the pasta-free sheets:

  • Xanthan gum 1/2 tsp.
  • Carton of double cream 284 ml

  • Parmesan cheese 40 g
  • Sliced mushroom 100 g
  • Balsamic vinegar 1 tsp.
  • Oregano 2 tsp.
  • Tomato purée 2 tbsp.
  • Tin of chocolate tomatoes 400 g
  • Extra-lean beef mince 500 g
  • Dash black pepper
  • Dash salt
  • Diced red onion 1
  • Minced garlic 2 cloves
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp.

Instructions:

  1. Turn on the microwave oven to 160c fan, 180c conventional, gas mark 4 and 350 degrees F.
