Keto Beef Sticks

Keto beef sticks are a delicious, high-protein snack that’s perfect for people following the ketogenic diet. These beef sticks are low in carbohydrates, and high in healthy fats, making them an excellent choice for anyone looking to stay in ketosis while enjoying a tasty snack.



  • ONE lbs. ground beef
  • ONE tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ONE teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • ONE tbsp. coconut oil


  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. I took a mixing bowl and combined the cayenne pepper (if using), garlic powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, salt, onion powder, and ground beef. Mixed it well until all the ingredients became evenly distributed.
  3. Then I added the coconut oil to the mixture and mixed it well again.
  4. I formed the mixture into sticks, about 10cm long and 1cm in diameter. You can shape them by hand or use a jerky gun.
  5. Then I placed the beef sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for TWENTY-TWENTY FIVE minutes, or until the beef sticks slightly crispy on the outside and cooked through.
  7. Then I removed the beef sticks from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving and then serve.
