Instructions:

  1. A square baking pan(8-inch) should be lined with parchment paper and the oven should be preheated to 350°F.
  2. Take dish(mixing) and mix mix almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Take another bowl and beat the eggs. Stir in the melted butter and vanilla extract. Mix the dry ingredients thoroughly after adding them to the liquid mixture.
  4. Using a spatula, spread the brownie mixture evenly after pouring it onto the prepared baking pan.
  5. Cream the softened cream cheese and erythritol together in a separate mixing dish. As you continue to beat, include the egg and vanilla essence.
  6. Using a spatula, evenly distribute the cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the centre is cooked through and the edges are firm.
  8. After taking it out of the oven, let it cool for 10 to 15 minutes in the pan before moving it to a wire rack to finish cooling.
  9. Slice into 9 squares and serve after cooling.
