  • Pepper 2 tsp.

  • Chopped onion 1 large
  • Cooked bacon and sausages crumbles 1 1/2 cups
  • Beaten eggs 2 dozen
  • Shredded cheese 2 cups

Instructions:

 

  1. Beating the eggs to the bowl and add the spices and sauces with it.
  2. Whisk the eggs gently and leave them aside for just some time to chill or to set.
  3. Place the olive oil in the pan transfer the pan to the normal heat and heat the oil for almost one minute.
  4. Add the chopped onion and peppers to the bowl and cook it for almost 5 minutes or cook it until it becomes fluffy or tender.
  5. Now, transfer the egg mixture to the pan and cook it in the low heat for almost 3 minutes.
  6. Now, transfer the egg to the plate.
  7. Combine the egg with the cooked bacon and sausage crumbles.
  8. Leave the mixture aside for almost 15 to 20 minutes to cool.
  9. Now, add the shredded cheese to the bowl and whisk them properly.
  10. For making the burritos, take a tortilla or wrap of your choice.
  11. Fill the wrap of your choice or tortilla with the egg mixture and then turn the mixture to the burrito shape.
  12. At last, wrap all the burritos with the wax paper and place all the burritos in the refrigerator for almost 1 hour.
  13. Remove the burritos from the refrigerator.
  14. Turn on the microwave oven to 350 degrees F and transfer the burritos to the microwave oven.
