Use this recipe’s fresh chicken legs and boneless to make your biryani. The combo of both of them gives a good taste in your recipe.

Instructions:

 

The best way to make this recipe is to marinate the chicken with masala for the whole night:

  1. Wash the chicken and drain it properly.
  2. Then place it into the bowl and add all the gives or estimated masala or spices, like garlic-ginger powder, kosher salt, biryani masala drops, cumin powder, cilantro leaves, turmeric powder, red chilies, and garam masala.
  3. Rub all the masalas into the chicken and then to complete marination add the yogurt or some oil in.
  4. Leave it in the fridge, for the time which you can afford.
  5. On the next day, take a non-stick pot or pan, add the estimated ghee, and then add the marinated mixture of chicken.
  6. Cover the pot until the chicken becomes soft and golden in color.

  8. Now add the keto cauliflower rice. If you don’t have the prepared one, then you can also make it with this recipe.
  9. If you don’t have the prepared cauliflower rice: Take the fresh and chopped cauliflower leaves to make the rice.

 

Notes:

  1. You have to make sure that the cauliflower leaves are washed properly or there is no dirt or soil in it.
  2. Take the other pot and add some (avocado or olive) oil or some chopped onions.
  3. Translucent the chopped onion then add the chopped cauliflower in it and add masala according to you.
  4. Add fewer spices as the biryani mixture also have many spices in it.
  5. Cook the cauliflower until all the moistness is removed and the color is also changed.
  6. Now transfer this mixture of rice into the chicken batter.
  7. Mix well, and for the topping, add some fried onions, fresh mint leaves, and also the slices of the lemon.
  8. Add the drops of kewra or the biryani masala (optional).
  9. Cover the pot and steam for five minutes. From there, the flavor of the chicken and the rice will merge or taste well.
  10. Remove the cover of the pot and serve your delicious biryani in the dish.
