SEEDS:
We use three types of seeds in these clusters (pumpkin, chia, & sunflower). We call these seeds the superfoods. They are very nutritious & beneficial to all of us. Including these seeds will give you super healthy & delicious snacks.

COCONUT CHIPS:
Use an unsweetened version of coconut chips.

MAPLE SYRUP:
You may use regular maple syrup, as we need a small quantity. But if you want to be more particular about your low carb count, then use the keto version of the maple syrup.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Pick a baking tray & spread the parchment to cover it.
  2. Switch the oven on & heat it at 325 degrees F.
  3. Place a bowl on the working shelf & gather all the items.
  4. Include the maple syrup & salt and combine them well.
  5. Next, include all three seeds & coconut flakes.
  6. Mix to coat & distribute each item well.
  7. Now pick 2 tablespoons of the mixture & give it the shape that you want to give.
  8. Press them to combine well, & then place them on the baking tray.
  9. Slide the tray in the oven & close the door.
  10. Let them bake for 14/15 minutes in the oven (heated).
  11. As the flakes of coconut start to brown, switch the oven off & open the door.
  12. Leave the clusters in the oven to cool down & become extra crisp.

STORAGE INFORMATION:

FRIDGE:
Pack the cooled clusters in the resealable vessel. Use them till 10/12 days while keeping them in the fridge.

FREEZER:
Bring the temperature of the cluster equal to the surrounding temperature. Pack them as directed above. Freeze the clusters for 90/100 days.
