  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 medium onion (grated)
  • 5-6 oz of the baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of the chilli flakes
  • 2-3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup full-fat milk cream cheese.
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Put the skillet on the medium to low flame.
  2. Sprinkle some olive oil into the skillet then add the boneless chicken into it.
  3. Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes from one side then change the side and cook it again.
  4. Take the chicken out of the skillet.
  5. In the same pan add some olive oil again and add the onion.
  6. Cook them and then add the garlic paste.
  7. Additionally add all the spices into the onion and garlic mixture like the chillies, and paprika, and mix them well.
  8. Now add the baby spinach to the mixture of the onion and garlic and mix all of them well.
  9. Off the flame after 2 minutes.
  10. Now it’s time to mix the chicken and the onion mixture and add the lemon juice into it.
  11. Take a bowl and add all the mixture into it then sprinkle the cheese all over the bowl.
  12. Bake the chicken spinach for 10 minutes unless the cheese is melted.
