MAIN INGREDIENTS:

  • 2.5 pounds boneless chuck roast
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

INSTRUCTION:

  1. Mix the ingredients for the spice rub and apply it to the meat roast.
  2. Warm up the oil of olive in a oven (Dutch) and roast the chuck from both sides till it gets a nice golden brown color.
