INGREDIENTS:

FOR THE BASE:

  • 1 lb. Ground Italian Sausage
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil

  • 2 pieces Garlic
  • ¼ cup Mushrooms
  • ½ cup Spinach

FOR THE PIZZA SAUCE:

INSTRUCTION:

  1. Heat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Take a sharp knife and cut all the vegetables that are required to make these pizza bowls.
  3. Then put the large skillet on the medium heat and pour the oil in the skillet.
  4. Put the ground sausages in the skillet and cook them till they get brown and cook enough.
  5. Then we can add the chopped vegetables like bell peppers, mushrooms, & onions in the skillet.
  6. Saute the vegetables for 3 to 4 minutes or till they get soft.
  7. Add the crushed garlic pieces and spinach and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  8. Take a small bowl and add the marinara sauce, oregano, tomato paste, pepper powder, basil, salt, red pepper flakes, & garlic powder.
  9. Mix them with the whisk.
  10. Grab an oven-safe bowl and add the layers of sausages & vegetable mixture first then add the marinara sauce.
  11. Than drizzle the parmesan and mozzarella cheese on the pizza bowl and top them with slices of olives & pepperoni.
  12. Bake the pizza bowl for 15 to 20 minutes or till the cheese gets melted and bubbly.
  13. Then broil the pizza bowl for 1 to 2 minutes so that it gets crispy from upwards.
  14. When they get bake; take it out and garnish with freshly chopped parsley or basil leaves and some cheese.

TIPS:

  • You can use any other meat like beef, turkey, or chicken to make these bowls; if you are vegetarian you can add the tofu in place of meat.

  • We can include more low-carb vegetables so that it become more tasty, flavor, & healthy.
  • If we want to make this spicy then we can add the jalapenos or red pepper flakes.

STORAGE INFORMATION:

  • Put the leftover pizza in the sealed box and keep it for 3 to 4 days.

FREEZER:

  • Tightly cover the pizza slices with plastic wrap put them in the box and keep them for one to two months.

REHEAT:
