Ingredients:

Use these estimated ingredients to make this recipe smooth and crispy:

For the making of dosa:
  • Milk 1/3 cups 35 ml
  • Almond flour 20 grams
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Egg only one
  • Cumin powder ¼ teaspoon
  • A pinch of Asafoetida
Ingredients for coconut chutney:
  • One-by-forth teaspoon of ginger
  • Dried red chilies ½ teaspoon
  • Salt according to your taste
  • 1 teaspoon of curry leaves
  • Heavy cream ½ cup
  • Two tablespoons of coconut oil
  • A pinch of Hing (option)
  • Green chili 1 teaspoon (paste)

Ingredients notes:

Coconut milk: use the fresh and ketogenic milk of coconut, for better taste.
Almond flour:
Make sure there is no any moisture in the almond flour use the fresh one. It gives a good flavor to our dosa recipe.
Red or green chilies:
Add the powder of red chili and use the fresh green chilies, make their mixture and then add.

Instructions:

Make the dosa soft and crispy follow this recipe instruction:

  1. Use a bowl to mix the ingredients of the dosa.
  2. First add the all non-wet ingredients, like almond flour, salt, asafetida, and cumin powder.
  3. Mix them properly to add the wet ingredients.
  4. Now add the other remaining ingredients into the bowl like coconut milk or egg.
  5. Take the non-stick pan and place on medium heat.
  6. Wait for one minute to heat the pan properly.
  7. Take and spread the mixture of dosa into it, making sure the dough is not thick in consistency.
  8. The dosa takes 10 minutes to cook fully into the low flame.
  9. Do not off the flame when making the dosa, from this we can make the dosa crispy.
  10. Flip the side of the dosa to cook from the other side as well. Equally, cook both sides for good representations and serving.
  11. When both sides become golden then it means the dosa cooks properly.
  12. Slow the flame and transfer it to the plate.
  13. Repeat the same process to make the mixture.

  15. There is an option you can use the blender to crush all ingredients or you can also crush them with the rock.
  16. Take the sharp food processor or blender to crush all the ingredients.
  17. Put all the ingredients at the same time in to the blender like add coconut oil, salt, green chili, red chilies, ginger, pinch of hing, curry leaves.
  18. Add these mixed ingredients to the heavy cream and your chutney is ready to serve with dosa.
  19. Serve the keto dosa with the coconut chutney to make the best combo.
