INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tablespoons of minced garlic (fresh)
- Juice of a medium-sized lemon
- 1/4th teaspoon of powdered peppercorns
- Melted butter, 3 tbsp.
- One-fourth teaspoon of salt

PARSLEY:
Green fresh parsley gives a very energetic presentation to our sauce. Never use dry herbs instead.
BUTTER:
It is up to you that you may use salted butter or unsalted one. Set the amount of salt according to your taste.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place a medium-sized pan over the normal heat.
- Add the butter into it & wait for it to melt.
- Add minced garlic or its powder in it.

If you want your soup to be smooth, then use powdered garlic or minced fresh garlic very well.

We only need a tablespoon or two of this sauce. So, you need to save the sauce.
