  • 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • TWO cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley


  1. I heated the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Then I added the minced garlic and cooked for ONE-TWO minutes until it became fragrant.
  3. I added the raw shrimp to the skillet and cooked for THREE-FOUR minutes on each side until it was cooked through and became pink.
  4. Then I added the chopped fresh parsley, salt, lemon zest, black pepper, and fresh lemon juice to the skillet.
  5. And the I cooked for an additional 1-2 minutes until the shrimp are coated in the sauce.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
