EQUIPMENT:

  • A Saucepan
  • Serving dish

INGREDIENTS:

  • 680 Grams of Beef, Ground.
  • One-fourth teaspoon of Ginger, powdered.
  • 2/3 cup of swerve, brown.
  • Grated garlic, 1 Tbsp.
  • 5 Green onions
  • Half a cup of Soy sauce.
  • 2 tablespoons of Avocado Oil.
  • Sesame Oil Two teaspoons.
  • 1/2 cup of Water

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Clean the green onions by removing any dead pieces. Wash it thoroughly.
  2. Cut away the white part and use it later.
  3. Now cut each stalk of green onion into three long pieces and place it on a side.
  4. Heat the wok on the stove. Add one teaspoon of avocado oil.
  5. Add ginger and garlic. Saute until roasted.
  6. Then add Soy sauce and water and bring it to a boil.
  7. Transfer the sauce to empty the wok.
  8. Add 1 tsp. of Avocado oil. Let it heat up.
  9. Now add Ground beef and continue breaking it up till it changes the color.
  10. Cook until tender and brown. Now add the Sauce mixture again to the pan.
  11. Cook a little then take out the beef with the help of a spoon that is slotted so that most of the sauce remains in the saucepan.
  12. Place this beef in your serving dish.
  13. Now add green onion and saute for some time.
  14. When they cook and get flat, then take them out and spread them over beef.
  15. Reduced the sauce to half by cooking and then mixed it with sesame oil.
  16. Now pour this thickened gravy-like sauce over the prepared beef.
  17. Garnish it with sesame seeds.

TIPS:

If you don’t want to wait for the sauce to thicken by reducing then you can use Xanthum gum to thicken the sauce immediately without reducing the amount of sauce mixture.
To suit your taste preferences, use high or low amounts of sweetener.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

For no more than four days, you can keep Keto Mongolian Beef in the refrigerator.
Reheat it on low to medium heat in the pan with a little water until warm enough.
